Bay Ale is a copper coloured, traditional ale with malt and hop aromas and a smooth and well-balanced flavour. Hoppy, yet malt-forward this ale strikes a great balance. Layered crystal malts together with Munich and a kiss of pale chocolate malt. A delightful showcase of Irish and British malts.

Decadent and complex while remaining wholly refreshing and drinkable. This 4.5% stout is brewed with Milk Sugars and Chocolate to give rich flavours and body that goes down smooth.

Althea is a 4.8% modern American Pale Ale. Unlike many pales, Althea is low on bitterness, yet massively hoppy on the aroma. Named after one of our head brewer's favourite Grateful Dead songs; Althea is a beer that can be enjoyed by the pint or by the glass!

Brewed with German Pilsner malt, Saaz hops, Galway water and our favourite lager yeast. Beautifully clean and crisp with classic bready malt.

The simple malt bill gives an ABV of 5.8% which carries the flavour and really allows the hops to shine through. The hops used are of American origin, Colombus, El Dorado and Cascade (45 IBU). With multiple generous additions in the kettle and further dry hopped before it reaches you as fresh as it can be.

This double IPA is hazy orange, dense bubbly white head, good lacing. Aroma - big tropical fruits, sweet fruity malts, grapefruit pith, lots of pithy resinous fruits, super aroma. Taste as the aroma, great background of sweet fruits, mango, tropical nots, juicy citrus, resinous hops, good bitter sweet balance, complex flavour, so drinkable for the abv, cracking stuff.

BRÚ Lager is our most popular beer for a reason: it's clean, bright and refreshing - it also happens to be gluten-free. With biscuit from the malts and spicy notes from the German Tradition hops. Akin to the cheerful chief of the Celtic god Dagda's devotion to agriculture, this lager is our love song to malts.

A dry Irish stout with notes of roasted barley, dark chocolate and toffee. Oats lend a silky mouthfeel, making BRÚ Stout a highly drinkable take on the classic style.

An amber wheat beer, with its fine-poured white foam, smells of cloves and impresses consumers with its refreshing banana flavour. It is full bodied and with a smooth yeast taste. Brewed according to centuries-old brewing tradition on the Weihenstephan hill.

A light, fresh and fruity Medium Cider is a lively blend of over ten different apple varieties. With the focus on modern dessert apple varieties, this cider delivers a mouth watering, easy drinking refreshment whilst, staying true to the belief that cider should taste of real apples.

Dry-hopped with the supercool Moteuka hop which is more commonly found in New Zealand. The addition is done during the boil and whirlpool phases to give an IBU of 60 before fermentation with lager yeast. This has typical Motueka aromas and flavours of lemon, grapefruit along with some balanced tropical fruit notes.

Tmavy Lezak is a Czech style dark lager. LODO brewed and decoction mashed with Vienna and Munich malt, and layered with Caramunich and Carafa Special II for a little chocolate caramel kiss. Hopped with Saaz in the boil and fermented cool with our favourite lager yeast before lagering for 1 month. Na Zdravi!

A tropical pale ale bursting with a rainbow of aromas and flavours of mango, passionfruit and pineapple from the Enigma and Centennial hops, real fruit purée and extracts. An explosion of sweetness and a silky soft body make it an easy-drinking beer to delight the senses with every sip.

A bold and pleasing beer, BRÚ IPA uses Strata, Centennial and Cascade for zesty, floral and mouth-watering aromas and flavours.

A collaboration with Italian brewery, Lieviteria, Cave`n`Castle is our homage to the foreign export stout. It delivers a rich backbone with eight different malts used, aromas and flavours of sticky toffee, acidic coffee and dark chocolate, then heavily hopped with Hallertau Tradition. Bitter and sweet notes are pleasantly balanced. Drinkers are tempted by a strong beer with a velvety-smooth mouthfeel that envelopes the senses, a rich creamy head and full, unctuous body.

A tart and refreshing wheat beer brewed with oats, lemon peel, ginger and coriander. The flavour and aroma are dominated by fresh citrus and hibiscus notes. Beautifully balanced acidity, with an ultra refreshing finish.

Our beloved Súria is a classic Pale Ale with a little hop rise, 5% and 30 IBU. Fair bitterness, well balanced between its alcohol content and body. Refreshing, grateful and nothing complex. To enjoy without any fear.
